Vision

Mount Assisi Academy is a learning community that meets the challenges of its Mission by:

Evaluating the academic and co-curricular programs in order to provide a curriculum that meets the ever-changing needs of students.

Increasing course choices to allow our students opportunities for expanding intellectual awareness.
Stimulating our students to think critically, to challenge ideas and come to greater understanding.
Meeting diverse educational needs to ensure our students have the tools that they need to succeed at MAA, in college and in life.
Fully integrating the effective use of technology into the curriculum and providing accessible support for student learning needs.
Providing a Catholic educational foundation in the Franciscan tradition.

Encouraging each member of the MAA community to witness the Gospel Values of peace, love and justice in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi.

Calling all in the MAA community to an awareness of our responsibility to one another and all of creation; to be active stewards of creation; and in justice, be advocates for human dignity.
Cultivating a relationship with God and following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.

Investing in the intellectual, professional and religious development of the faculty, staff and administrators.

Advancing the mission of MAA with resources from alumnae, parents, friends and benefactors.

Updating/Renewing the physical plant to meet the changing needs of the students and faculty and good stewardship of the aesthetic surroundings.

This is our promise. This is our vision. This is our legacy.
