ATTENTION: Incoming Freshmen Students

In order to be eligible for enrollment consideration, you will need to provide the following information:

A copy of your high school entrance exam scores from a Catholic high school or;
A copy of your placement exam scores from a Public high school or;
A copy of your most recent standardized test scores from elementary school.
Copies of your 7th grade report card and most current 8th grade report card.

After reviewing academic records, students who are chosen for admission to Mount Assisi Academy will also need to submit:

A signed final record of elementary school completion or a copy of the diploma.
An authorized birth certificate.
Current health and dental records.
A copy of the student’s Social Security Card.

Transfer Students

Transfer students are eligible for admission into Mount Assisi Academy at the beginning of each semester. If you are interested in attending MAA, you must possess a solid academic background and be in good standing with your previous school.

In order to be eligible for enrollment consideration, you will need to provide the following information:

An official high school transcript.
A copy of high school standardized test scores.
A letter of recommendation from a Principal, Dean or Counselor.
