Tuition, Fees, and Financial Assistance
Tuition and fees for the 2011-2012 school year are as follows:

| Textbooks | |
| E-books will be loaded onto student’s tablets and charged to student’s fees. MBS Direct is MAA’s official textbook provider. Students are allowed to purchase and sell textbooks. | |
| Tablet Computer | |
| Tablet leases are 1-4 years with approximate price range of $45-$85/month for 10 months, depending on the length of lease. | |
| Bus Transportation: | $755.55 |
| (paid directly to the bus company) | |
| Parents are asked to pay $755.55 per student per year for bus transportation to and from MAA. MAA subsidizes a part of the total cost of transportation for each student. | |
| Please note: An activity bus is provided 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu) after school. The bus leaves school at 4pm. | |
| General Fee: | $200 |
| Covers locker rental and repair for normal use, student ID card/library card, and student testing through Guidance (Explore, PLAN, PSAT), retreats (except KAIROS), Echo (student newspaper), reduced entry fee to home athletic events, wireless access, the annual service fee assessed by the Archdiocese, Invision (student literary magazine), and the Assisian (student yearbook). | |
| Uniforms: | $250 |
| Approximate cost (paid directly to Schoolbelles.) The school uniform is worn for two years and consists of skirt, polo shirt, and sweater or vest. The gym uniform consists of blue shorts and a MAA t-shirt. | |

| Single payment due on or before July 1, 2011 paid directly to MAA with a family discount of $300. | |
| OPTION 2 | |
| Two semi-annual payments due on or before July 1, 2011 and December 1, 2011 paid directly to MAA. | |
| OPTION 3 | |
| FACTS tuition management plan budgeted over 10 months beginning July 2011 and running through April 2011 payable using the FACTS electronic payment system. Payments can be scheduled for the 5th or the 20th of each month. The only cost for a family is an annual enrollment and processing fee. | |
| Tuition payments through FACTS are made automatically from a checking or savings account. | |

Financial Assistance |

| All requests for financial assistance must complete the following: | |
| 1) MAA Financial Aid Application (Available March 6, 2012) | |
| 2) FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment | |
| Mount Assisi Academy Financial Need Assistance Award (3) | $1,500 |
| This $1,500 assistance award is awarded annually to three students based upon financial need. | |
| Mount Assisi Academy Alumnae Association Assistance Award | $1,000 |
| This $1,000 assistance award is awarded annually to students of alumnae based upon financial need. |
