The Mount Assisi school uniform is worn for two years and consists of a plaid skirt, polo shirt (short or long sleeves), and sweater (v-neck or cardigan) or pullover fleece.At the end of the sophomore year, students will then select a uniform pattern for their remaining two years.

The gym uniform consists of blue shorts and a Mount Assisi Academy T-shirt.
